    F1 Transfer Form

The F1 Transfer Form is required for any international student with F1 status who spent the last academic year in the Unites States (including a high school, college, or language study program). Students must secure release from their previous US institution in order to attend SBU.  Students coming to SBU from high school will still be considered first-year students at SBU, even with the F1 Transfer Form.
