Dr. Suzanne Soltysik (right), clinical assistant professor of Nursing, and Dr. Connie Perkins, founding director of Nursing, completed training to become game facilitators for Friday Night at the ER, an experiential team-learning game.

The game helps teach systems thinking and develops a deeper understanding of health care leadership through hands-on learning.
